CloudMile, a leading AI and cloud consulting company founded in 2017, has been officially appointed by Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) as a technology advisor partner for the country’s national-level Enterprise Compute Initiative (ECI). This recognition underscores CloudMile’s growing presence in Southeast Asia and its commitment to supporting enterprise digital transformation with AI-driven solutions.
CloudMile specializes in providing cloud and artificial intelligence consulting services to clients across sectors such as finance, education, and media. The company is known for developing AI assistants that automate workflows, integrating AI security solutions, and offering the LumiTure.ai platform, which helps enterprises monitor cloud resource usage, analyze expenditures, and recommend cost-saving measures. CloudMile’s services focus on increasing operational efficiency, strengthening cybersecurity, and reducing costs for over 1,400 enterprise customers.
In October 2021, CloudMile established its Southeast Asia headquarters on Temasek Avenue, Singapore, with the aim of driving AI economic development in the region. The company’s new partnership with DISG as an ECI technology advisor is considered a major milestone in its ongoing expansion efforts.
The Enterprise Compute Initiative was introduced in Singapore’s 2025 fiscal budget as a strategic project to help local industries upgrade with AI and cloud technologies. The program, with a budget of S$150 million, is overseen by DISG in collaboration with the Economic Development Board, Enterprise Singapore, and the Infocomm Media Development Authority. Together, these agencies have established a joint office to combine resources for economic strategy and digital transformation.
Over the coming year, CloudMile plans to work with more than 50 Singaporean enterprises through the ECI program. The company will deliver AI workshops, technical consulting, and model development services, assisting businesses from ideation and development to testing and deployment of AI solutions.
Jeremy Heng, CloudMile’s General Manager for Southeast Asia, stated, “We are honored to partner with DISG to help Singaporean companies accelerate the realization of AI value. Our self-developed Generative AI Foundation Framework supports businesses from demand and validation to deployment, while ensuring data privacy and compliance for rapid AI implementation.”
CloudMile aims to use its experience in Singapore as a foundation for broader collaboration between Taiwan and Southeast Asia in the AI field. In Taiwan, the company plans to combine the technical expertise and practical frameworks recognized by the ECI program to help local enterprises develop commercially valuable AI applications and upgrade their operations with workshops and consulting services. Internationally, CloudMile’s participation in Singapore’s AI national project is intended to create new opportunities for cross-border cooperation, helping more Asia-Pacific companies achieve digital transformation and innovative AI applications. CloudMile aspires to become a benchmark for Taiwanese AI technology expanding into global markets.
