Gogolook (stock code: 6902), a leading TrustTech provider, has officially applied to the Taiwan Stock Exchange for a transition from the Taiwan Innovation Board (TIB) to the General Board. If approved, Gogolook will be the first new economy software company to make this transition.
Over the past year, Gogolook has focused on service innovation and achieving operational milestones on the Taiwan Innovation Board, resulting in continuous revenue growth. Notably, last year, the company's overseas revenue surpassed its domestic revenue for the first time due to aggressive international expansion. This year, Gogolook has intensified its growth in Southeast Asia, establishing dual headquarters in Taipei and Bangkok, with Thailand anticipated to become its largest market. In Northeast Asia, significant milestones include partnerships with major Japanese corporations and integration into Rakuten Mobile's ecosystem. The launch of the "迷惑電話・SMS対策 by Whoscall" (Caller-ID & SMS Filter by Whoscall) service in Japan highlights Gogolook's successful penetration into the Japanese corporate sector.
Gogolook's strategic shift aligns with the government's increased focus on anti-scam measures, a priority for President Lai Ching-te, Premier Cho Jung-tai, Minister of Digital Affairs Huang Yen-nan, and Financial Supervisory Commission Chairman Peng Chin-lung. The recently enacted anti-scam special law underscores Gogolook's role as a key player in Taiwan's "National Anti-Scam Team." The company is a trusted partner for governments and leading enterprises globally, solidifying its status as a leading anti-scam concept stock.
The transition to the General Board is expected to enhance Gogolook's trading liquidity, visibility in the capital market, and ability to attract top talent. Co-Founder and Chairman Jackie Cheng expressed confidence in the company's future, emphasizing the urgent need for advanced anti-scam solutions due to the rise of generative AI in scams. He highlighted that Gogolook's breakeven operations and substantial investments in AI applications and service innovations will drive significant profit growth this year.
Gogolook is also investing in high-growth areas such as fintech and enterprise scam prevention. In May, Gogolook began collaborating with Netherlands-based anti-scam service provider ScamAdviser, aiming to enhance product optimization and drive innovation in scam prevention services. Both companies are leveraging their expertise to expand their reach in the European and American markets. With ongoing AI anti-scam service development and international expansion, the company aims for substantial profit growth this year.
Looking forward, Gogolook plans to continue innovating in personal cybersecurity, enterprise scam prevention, and inclusive fintech. The company aims to protect more individuals and businesses while developing diverse and stable revenue streams. Maintaining an open and innovative culture, Gogolook seeks to attract top talent and provide exceptional user experiences, ensuring long-term growth that surpasses the global industry average through efficient investments.
